All courses/presentations classified as "mandatory" are compensable and as such will be completed during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours unless the responsible manager/director, in advance, authorizes overtime, or permits completion during non-duty hours." Completion of non-mandatory courses during non-duty time will be considered voluntary for which there will be no wages paid.
