About Bayhealth Medical Associates
Bayhealth Medical Associates is a group practice that provides comprehensive care that is equipped to deal with whatever problem a patient brings -- no matter how common or rare, or how simple or complex.
This practice is specially trained to solve puzzling diagnostic problems and can handle severe chronic illnesses and situations where several different illnesses may strike at the same time. We also bring to patients an understanding of wellness (disease prevention and the promotion of health), women’s health, substance abuse, mental health, as well as effective treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous system and reproductive organs.
Our professional staff considers the relationship with patients to be a partnership, one that is built on respect, courtesy, and confidentiality.
Education is an essential part of our mission. We believe it is the cornerstone of preventative care, and that when patients have complete, accurate information about their options, they are able to make the most appropriate treatment decisions.
About Our Physicians

Adrian J. Morris, MD
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Morris received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his internship and residency at the Wilmington Medical Center in Wilmington, Del. His special interests include cardiology and vascular disease.

Preeti Gupta, MD
A Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Gupta received her medical degree from Pravara Rural Medical College in India, which also included an internship at Sardar Patel Hospital. Dr. Gupta completed family practice residencies at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, N.Y., and at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, N.Y.
