What is STEPS?
Bayhealth Steps to Health Aging is a FREE membership program for anyone 50+ years old in the Bayhealth service area. The intent of this program is to help members:

  • Be informed of the latest health information for vital aging
  • Make new health skills a priority
  • Improve your lifestyle, diet, and attitude for healthy longevity

  • A monthly newsletter with tips for healthy aging andupcoming event reminders
