The Middletown Medical Center offers diagnostic services such as general x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, lab services, EKG, PAT and bone density testing.
To better serve you, we use the digital PACS (Picture Archiving Communications System) in place of traditional x-ray processes. With PACS, our radiologists can manipulate images on the computer, which improves image abnormality detection and results in better clinical decisions.

We are conveniently located one block from downtown Middletown.
To reach the center, take Route 299 or the Route 1 Middletown exit to Main Street, and proceed to 209 East Main Street.
