The Bayhealth Foundation receives, manages and disburses all contributions, including cash donations, securities, real estate, gifts-in-kind, or bequests, to improve Bayhealth's services.
The Foundation was created in 1983 to assist with the development of the Campaign for Special Care, which was a capital campaign to build new ICU, CCU and Intermediate Care units.
The mission of the Foundation is to develop ongoing philanthropic support for the programs and services of Bayhealth Medical Centers and its health care affiliates.
