Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician
Our Physical Medician & Rehabilitation Physician (also known as a physiatrist) serves as the medical director for the Inpatient Rehab. The physiatrist personally coordinates and supervises your medical care and rehab plan, and is responsible for all treatment that happens within Inpatient Rehab.
Internal Medicine Provider
Our internal medicine provider follows your progress to best understand your diagnosis, treat chronic illnesses, promote your overall medical health, and communicate with your referring physician.
Rehabilitation Nurses
Our rehabilitation nurses provide you with continuous support during your stay at the Inpatient Rehab. Several inpatient rehab nurses are certified rehabilitation rehab nurses. Case Management Staff
Our case management staff (social workers) will assist with managing your discharge plans including arranging for medical care, continuing rehabilitation, durable medical equipment, and other appropriate resources.
