Pam Satterfield Named BEST of the BEST by CDCC

As part of Administrative Professional’s Day, the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce (CDCC) hosts a competition to identify and name the BEST of the BEST Administrative Professionals in Kent County. Among the three winners in 2024 was Bayhealth’s very own Pam Satterfield, executive assistant in the Marketing, Communications & Community Outreach department.
Nominations were submitted via a form and judged by the CDCC. Winners were surprised at their workplaces with the certificate and received a generous gift package.
“Pam has been a part of Bayhealth for more than 20 years,” said Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Community Outreach Amanda Bowie, MSM, and Satterfield’s nominator. “She has a commitment to getting her job done thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently every day. Pam genuinely loves her job and this organization, and that passion comes through in her work and her support of me and the team. I personally wouldn’t be able to accomplish all I do without Pam’s support.”
The entire team gathered to applaud Satterfield on a job well done.
“It was a surprise and an honor to not only be nominated, but to win this award,” said Satterfield. “I simply love my job. I have an amazing leader. We have a highly creative team that I enjoy interacting with every day. And Bayhealth is a great organization to work for. I’m certainly blessed and looking forward to what the future holds.”
