Healthcare at your fingertips
Your health, and the health of your loved ones, is one of the most important things in your life. That’s why Bayhealth makes it easy and convenient to be active in the management of your health by offering you access to our free patient portal – MyChart. Those who use MyChart are more likely to be better informed and involved in their overall health care.
MyChart is a free online tool that gives you secure, 24/7 access to your health information. A MyChart mobile app is also available. Bayhealth Medical Group practices and other community physicians participate in MyChart.
MyChart makes it easy to:
- Access your medical history, immunizations and medications, and refill prescriptions
- View test results
- Communicate with your care team
- View after-visit summaries or discharge instructions
- Pay your bill online
- Get appointment reminders and check in early
- Self-schedule some appointments or screenings ordered by your clinician
- Receive an earlier appointment slot through the Fast Pass wait list feature (available at some practices)
