Your health, and the health of your loved ones, is one of the most important things in your life. That’s why Bayhealth makes it easy and convenient to take a more active role in the management of your health by offering you access to our patient portal – MyChart.
MyChart gives you secure and direct online access to portions of your electronic health record (EHR). With MyChart you will be able to view most diagnostic test results, upcoming diagnostic testing and doctor appointments, medications, immunizations, and more. Bayhealth Medical Group physicians are also participating in MyChart.
Access to your health information
With MyChart, you can view your personal electronic health record information such as:
- Medications, allergies, immunization, and medical history
- Most diagnostic test results
- Health education and information materials
- Discharge instructions provided by your physician after an admission or treatment
MyChart access makes it easier to manage your health by:
- Providing secure access to your health information
- Connecting you with your physicians
- Giving you access to most diagnostic test results
- Providing you the ability to schedule appointments with Bayhealth Medical Group physicians
- Offering you the convenience of paying your bills online via credit card
- Reminding you of upcoming appointments
- Giving you the ability to self-schedule some appointments and screenings ordered by your clinician, such as mammograms or bone density scans
How do I sign up for MyChart?
You can sign up for MyChart anytime. Visit Bayhealth.org/MyChart and click the New Users link to get started.
Whenever you are scheduled for an appointment at Bayhealth, checked in for an appointment, or discharged from your hospital stay at Bayhealth, you will receive an email or SMS text message with a link to sign up for MyChart.
Follow the instructions and click the link from your computer or smartphone to activate your MyChart. You will be asked to verify your date of birth and email address.
MyChart is available for iOS and Android.

Which providers share information on MyChart?
The information currently provided includes your personal health records from any Bayhealth facility and all physicians who are part of Bayhealth, as well as, any Community Connect providers.
At Bayhealth, we want to provide you with the very best care. Whether it’s during an inpatient hospitalization, when you need diagnostic testing or at your annual physical, you can count on Bayhealth. MyChart makes it easier to take a more active role in your health care by giving you access to your information in your electronic health record.
Patient emails collected for MyChart in the Emergency Departments and Outpatient Services at Bayhealth could be used for a Press Ganey e-survey. Press Ganey is a patient experience company Bayhealth partners with to conduct surveys to improve the patient experience and build a patient-centered culture.

Bayhealth has a team of patient portal concierges to assist you with enrolling in MyChart while you’re a patient in the hospital. Our portal concierges round on our inpatient units at the hospitals to provide additional education and support in making enrollment effortless.
