Two New Local Leaders join the Bayhealth Foundation Board of Directors
The Bayhealth Foundation has recently appointed two new local leaders to its Board of Directors.
Timothy Bailey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity in Dover, Delaware. Raised in a military household, growing up in Omaha Nebraska provided a jumpstart to a life rich in family values and community.
In 2014, Bailey, his wife, and four children moved to the Delaware area to be near family. In 2017, he accepted a position as affiliate operations manager for Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity where he began work to provide affordable homeownership opportunities to individuals and families in Kent County, Delaware. In April of 2019, Bailey was named executive director by the Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity board and currently serves as chief executive officer. He hopes to spend many years supporting the revitalization of the Kent County community.
Kevin Yingling is vice president of Member Services at Delaware Electric Cooperative where he oversees Marketing, Communications & Public Relations, Energy Services, Business Development, Governmental Relations, Billing, Payment Processing, and the Member Support Center. He is a graduate of Wesley College with a bachelor’s in environmental sciences and Wilmington University with an MBA.
Yingling serves on the Board of Directors of the Delmarva Chicken Association and has previously served on the Board of Directors for Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, Greater Dover Boys & Girls Club, Greater Milford/Western Sussex Chamber of Commerce, and the Sussex Economic Development Action Committee.
He lives in Lewes with his wife Deb, who teaches at Caesar Rodney High School.
