Labor and Childbirth

Bayhealth’s Labor and Childbirth class is for expectant mothers and their care partners. You are encouraged to register early in your pregnancy. Facilitated by a childbirth educator, this class will empower you with knowledge and skills to make labor the best experience possible. Topics covered include pain management, breathing, the role of the coach, stages of labor, comfort measures, and much more. You will find this a welcoming environment for any questions you may have.

Before attending the two hour, in-person class, you are required to watch a number of videos (totaling one hour) on our free YoMingo platform. YoMingo is a website and app that provides educational resources and tools for pregnancy and beyond. If you don’t already have access to YoMingo, you can request it below. More information on which videos to watch will be included in your class registration email.

You can bring one care partner to class. Please provide their name in the registration form.
