Jenny Xiao, PA-C

Jenny Xiao, PA-C, is a physician assistant who offers care for patients with orthopedic conditions.

Growing up, Jenny always accompanied her family members to doctor visits to translate for them. Seeing the kind and compassionate clinicians that cared for her family inspired her to pursue a medical career. While shadowing in the field during college and later completing her orthopedic rotations, she noticed how hands on orthopedics was, and she fell in love with the specialty.

Jenny was raised in Delaware so returning to the first state was natural for her. She enjoys being close to family and making an impact in her local community. She believes that showing compassion is one of the most important aspects of patient care. Being able to identify a patient’s orthopedic problem and to help fix it and get them feeling better is what she finds most gratifying about her work.

Jenny specializes in orthopedic care for the hands and upper extremities but also see patients for general orthopedic complaints. She performs in-office injections and assists in surgical orthopedic procedures. She also enjoys teaching patients exercises that can help with their pain.

Outside of work, Jenny likes traveling and cooking. She spent 10 months traveling around the world with her significant other after she graduated from her physician assistant program. She now enjoys taking small weekend trips during days off.
