Valeria A. Pelly, AGACNP-BC

Valeria A. Pelly, AGACNP-BC, is an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner who sees patients needing neurosurgery.

Pelly has always had an interest in medicine and helping others. She credits her faith for guiding her throughout her medical career.  After practicing critical care for over 20 years, Pelly came to Bayhealth to share her expertise and provide exceptional care in her own local community.

Pelly’s approach to care shines through as she treats each patient like a member of her own family. She is honored to assist patients during their most critical moments and ensures each patient is treated with dignity and respect. Her passion for critical care led her to achieving the Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification, which provides additional expertise when working with patients. Pelly values working with the rest of the Bayhealth Neurosurgery team and learning from their talents and experiences.

When Pelly is not providing care to patients, she enjoys riding her motorcycle and attending motorcycle rallies. She also likes to spend time outdoors fishing, crabbing, camping and traveling. Pelly loves spending time with her family and two dogs, Pearl and Gracie.
