We are proud to be a member of The Penn Cancer Network, a select group community hospitals and physician practices collaborating with Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center.
An extension of Bayhealth’s own focus on collaborative care, the Penn Cancer Network provides patients with increased access to a vast system of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This means more opportunities for you to receive consultations and therapies for complex cases requiring additional resources or sub-specialty care. The Penn Cancer Network also uses shared electronic medical records to ensure seamless care.
Our membership in the Penn Cancer Network makes Bayhealth the only cancer program in Delaware affiliated with a National Cancer Institute (NCI) Comprehensive Care Center, the highest level of designation awarded by the organization. This affiliation represents our commitment to providing patients with access to expert medical assessments, innovative treatments, and clinical trials.
